Can I get flash reloader on home page?

I would like the flash reloader that is on the inside homepage after having signed in- by invitation only - also on the outside like it used to be on the previous version. How can I do this? Have no programming experience whatsoever.

If you want to have flash promo (instead JQuery promo)  from 6.005 in new 6.1, you just need to transfer promo SWF and link it :)
