Calendar, popup "?", etc. no longer work

Hi,

On the "Join Page" the BIRTHDAY CALENDAR, Information "?" Popup boxes, and DESCRIPTION BOX with the "character counter" no longer work....

also in the ADMIN Area under "BASIC SETTINGS" "PROMO BLOCK" the Images in the Flash Reloader no longer popup... NOR do the images rotate on the home page....

UPDATE (JAN 16TH): I've also discovered that in the ADMIN area, the Page Builder & Navigation Menu Builder NEVER LOADS... On the Members Profile, the "Forum Posts" NEVER LOADS.

COULD ALL THIS BE A "RMS" PROBLEM?

My Question is..... WHAT DID I BREAK and how do I fix it?

Hi,

I found out that my problem involved JS (Java Script)....

I remember about 3-4 weeks ago I was tinkering with something and I guess during my "tinkering" I changed the Permission of the "inc" folder to 744 and never changed it back....

If anyone else has this problem... make sure that the "inc" folder's permission is set to 755.
