I have read but do not quite understand its operation. In my hosting I have problems loading 100 % of virtual memory. It is a shared hosting. All the cache settings have on file . How I can improve this situation ?

Switch to APC and see if that improves. However, your host shouldn't have virtual memory limits enabled.

I use APC on my site and it works very well.  Loads fast. HOWEVER, in order to install or uninstall modules you will have to switch to File HTML caching before you install/uninstall - then switch back to Cache.
