CSS not loading on any page except ACP

Ok i was working on developing a mod for dolphin when I had an error in my coding.

After removing all my mortifications, deleting the extra SQL tables and restoring the files to how they where before I started And still have the same issue.

any idea how to fix this? ( I have already cleared the cache)

Are you using a custom template or were you editing the base code? Try switching back to the UNI template and see if that clears the problem.

It was custom code, I hadn't edited any CSS or template files.

I have managed to fix it by restoring /templates/base (not sure how it worked but i'm happy)
