CSS for links for Groups and Events

I can't seem to find the CSS that controls the point size for the links on the event titles and group titles that appear in the block on my Home Page.  Can anyone please direct me?

Edit the properties for these.

dbTitle, innerHeader

Thanks, but don't see that in base/general.csss  nor tmpl_XXX general.css  for 6.1.1.

You can add it as new there.
