CPU causing High Load

I receive this message from the server : CPU Causing High Load and scripts running in parallel .I have a dedicated VPS server with MySQL 5.5.32 CLL , PHP 5 4 17 and Apache version 2 0 64 .

I've been reading the Forum , but it didn't help me at all . I need to know the steps necessary to cease this problems and have my website back . ( Yes , they blocked my web access ! )

you have to log in via ssh and see what file/s is causing the high load with the top command. 

and they should never shut your vps off for high load.

Its your vps and if you want a file to use 100% of your allotted cpu  24/7 you should be able to.

I have my main site and a dev site loaded.  No problems.

Been there almost a year.

dolphin_jay is correct if they actually did block your site.  If they did block you should have received a notice.  It is possible that the problem is using so many cpu cycles that the server is unable to respond.

If they did block the site, then that is a clear message to you that it might be time to relocate.  A lot of people just look at the prices when determining a host for their site and you have to look at specs.  With a VPS you don't know how they have it configured and there may be way too many VPSes on the same physical box.

From the reports and reviews on Boonex, Zarconia does have a good reputation.  Plus, if you are uncertain about how to move your site from your old server, they can help with the move; you probably won't get that with other providers.

However, as suggested, you may want to let someone see about your current setup.  If you have not had problems before with your site, then it could be something broke and a fix is all you need to get back online.

I'm not sure about Zarconia.net as I have not used them .... But I can tell you that Jay SERIOUSLY takes care of all issues on the server side of things and he also understands Dolphin software like no one else I know ...

Jay takes care of one of my site that gets well over 100K unique visitors per month and I have never faced any issues whatsoever ... Dedicated servers are priced very fair and Jay dedicates more time than he should taking care of the servers and his clients site issues without question or without making you feel like a fool.

I did not know that dolphin_jay had a hosting service, I certainly did not mean to slight him.

Boonex, when are you going to move the report link?

You make a good point.  I have an unmanaged dedicated server.  What that means is that I am responsible for updating the server files, applying patches, setting up firewalls, installing any needed applications, etc.  If one can not do such things, then you need to make sure that your hosting company will do this for you; the difference between unmanaged and managed server is an important consideration to think about when choosing a host.

Edit: I don't think he has the server I use listed in his hosting deals currently (I have huge powerful server that powers 5 - 6 very active dolphin sites and 30+ other sites (and still no issues ever whatsoever) ... but if you talk to him he can tell you what he can provide!

My server is also meant to be run by myself YET when I come up stuck .... JAY is the man!

I'm sure my biggest site gives him nightmares yet he is always there 100% despite the fact my server should be self-managed!

I hope this kind of helps Jay out too as more people should know how good he is as far as hosting and the support he provides ;)

Who provides you with 15+ hrs non-stop time/support when they have family and other commitments also >>>>> Jay does!! We have spent many long days and in fact all through the nights working through different issues and setting up servers etc.

No other hosting company on the planet has ever done this for me ... and I don't think anyone here at Boonex could make these statements about hosts they have been with or are with currently.
