CHAT - receiving error msg on chat

Hello All,

Ever since I upgraded to dolphin 6.1.1 i'm having problems with Ray components. Lets start with Chat (Tab).

when a user clicks on the chat tab they receive the following error message,

(message received in both Browsers, fireFox and IE):

TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties.
 at modules.chat.connect::BxChatXMLConnect/onGetUsers()
 at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
 at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()

Any ideas how i can fix this probelm..

just a question. when you upgraded dolphin/ray/orca, did you also install the new RMS?

I'm using the one provided by Boonex on a shared host.

I also had it upgraded by one of the profesional so I'm assuming it was correctly installed.

running dolphin 6.1.1 -Free

It did work before the upgrade.

And im using cyberxing for my rms , i can see and load a webcam but only my own , i dont see any other members in the room and they dont see anyone else either and no one can type in the chat box ? im using version 6.1.4 of dolphin paid version , and the latest free version of ray

infact i only seem to get this error when a private chat room is opened if that helps anyone
