Bypass Avatar? !*&%#@^$

Is there anyway I can "bypass" the avatar "completion" action so the avatar or profile photo that is uploaded will "automatically" be changed?

The normal process on join is to make the person upload a profile photo, 70% complete the process, most click on a navigation tab and the process does not complete. This has become very hard to control with so many new members signing up to my most popular site. I cannot go in and do each one manually! I went on vacation for a while and it's a bit overwhelming to change them all with Deanos Tools...

I have even rearranged the the avatar page to show the "add avatar" button at the top.

You can remove Avatar module and use Profile Photos module for avatars, there is no cropping feature in this case.

You can change it in admin panel > settings > advanced settings > profiles > Member Thumb | Member Thumb Icon
