I have applied changesets 13647, 13648 and 13673 and this problem still exists.
In full world view on the index page ONLY, the map will truncate the flags from each side of the display. If you grab the map and slide it one way or the other, you can get one to display but not without losing another. For instance, sliding it to the right a bit will gain the Canadian flag but at the expense of the New Zealand flag.
It is impossible to center the map so all the flags are visible.

PS, I have noticed that the flag container size on the index page does NOT match the one on the admins page. The map display in the admin section works perfectly and displays all flags as it should.
