In IE8 bug. I think this bug in encoding Russian language. Becouse, when is save settings he said "Page Was Not Found"

Have you changed anything ? Now Dolphin 7 beta 4 can not create url with non latin characters, whole url will be converted to '-' sign and then date will be added at the end.
