Bug Dolp7, Admin - Modules

There is a problem.
With the successful installation of the module, the page does not peregruzhaetsya a ostoetsya veset. If a page reload by hand then the module will be installed and operating normally.

Last time, noticed that in FireFox 3.5.2 after installing the module appears in the set but Broken. if you use a different browser, you receive the above described problem.

This problem can occur when you try to install all modules at one time. Please try to install not more that 5 modules at one time.

If the problem occurs with some specific module, then please specify this module ?

Sometimes even an error 405.

We can not even imagine where such error can be produced: sh: sys_modules: command not found

sys_modules is a database table and it is very strange that it was executed as shell command

If you investigate this problem by yourself and give us more clues maybe we can provide some solution.

I too am seeing the same error, this happens when attempting to install the "Inviter" module built for Dolphin 7.0.0 on Dolphin 7.0.1; I replaced the version in the configuration file for the module to get it to allow the install, but unfortunately I now get this error instead. From my apache error log, occurring when I attempt to install the module:

sh: sys_modules: command not found
sh: sys_modules: command not found
