Broken links in Admin panel extension settings

On my admin panel extensions settings left menu, a few of the links work and go to the correct settings page for that extension, but many of then go to a broken link that looks like this:
-
For articles:
http://community.caltrade.com/m/articles/admin/
-
For news:
http://community.caltrade.com/m/news/admin/
-
There are several others like that.  I'm pretty sure the "m" in that url should be "modules" but does anyone know why this is occurring?  Is it happening to anyone else here?

Half the links on your site don't work.  That is one trashed out installation.  I think you broke it Rob.

Thank you for the helpful advice.  Does anyone here know?

Rob, your site is acting like the .htacces file in the site's root is missing or corrupted.

Your right - there was nothing at all in my .htaccess file escept global registers off.  I hadn't considered this, because I didn't this the site would work at all without it.   Not sure how it happened - maybe a miscommunication betweem me and my host.   Will replace and continue testing.  Good catch.
