Broadcast message from groups owner

ok, i tested this broadcaster out and it only sends out an external email. Shouldnt it do something internal also, email or even ive seen in a few sites, there is a rectangle window as a pop-up? That lil notifier pop-up window  is a neat looking thing, Is that a mod to ? Does the PREMIUM GROUPS mod have such a thing as a pop-up to notify the members if that GROUP that there is an upcoming event or something?

The broadcaster for the Premium Groups and Premium Events mods does send to both external and internal mail. For the Premium Groups, I will add the feature to notify fans when an event is posted.

does the PREMIUM GROUPS take over the regualr groups? Here is what i thought about doing to give you a better idea and then mabe you can tell me which one of your mods would be better...

My site, would be a regional or for my state of residence only to  help with LOCAL AREA SPENDING cause of the economy. This would be a target market for local businesses. The local social people would of course be free to use the site in everyway, then local businesses, we could charge say $200 per year for having their own premium group or whatever. The local businesses would advertise for us on radio/tv, etc building their own customers within their group saving us money just cause its local and NOT a global monopoly like FB and the rest. My thought is once you have the PEOPLE, you would actually be forcing businesses to advertise on the site using banners as well since he niche is local

Everyone within the site would or could join different groups of their fav businesses, bars, venues, bla bla. The local businesses could then broadcast any special event likePENNY PITCHERS TONIGHT or, 50% off "something" for our current group membrs, $1500 amateur night, etc.

But i think the people would also like to have their own smaller type of groups and have their own fans of sorts just for something to do.

Then again, maybe this idea isnt going to work, not sure. Would appreciate any other advice or opinions from others
