They friends so this is a fake review making people to believe so they can buy the language

Either way, you are correct about the price. I can't understand for the life of me how you can warrant anything above even twenty dollars for a translation file. As someone who's translated both this script and more complex ones before, I know for a fact that it isn't as a tiresome and complicated process as some would like you to believe.
