Brackets and Date Issue

Hi,

We currently have the following issues:

One:

Brackets on text in orca for example:

[L[Forums Index]] ( [L[Manage Forum]] | [L[Reported Posts]] | [L[Compile Langs]]: en )

Two:

The date on the forum creation date is wrong for example:

Jan 01, 1970 00:00

Any ideas?

If you select recompile lang on the orca forum when logged into admin that fixes the bracket issue.
