I think it would be very useful access to new free collaborative projects. I am convinced that many administrators would like access to the track to begin creating new projects in collaboration to distribute free each new idea can take shape. Developing a module requires great intellectual effort programming, any little help would be great when forces are joined thousands of programmers.
That could be born in different languages translation projects affordible all, I for example would be very enthusiastic to distribute translations for modules in Romanian and Italian, and many others would do the same. We all have access to unlimited resources. Dolphin script would be even greater than it is now.
Also there are programmers who abandon old projects, could decide to share for free for all to further develop and distribute to those who want free.
