Boonex paid support - credits don't show

I requested some help on a small issue and got told I had to buy some support tickets.  So I bought five bucks worth and resubmitted the question/issue by email - no response.  Just tried it online but it says I have no credits.  I bought them through paypal, and have the transaction records.  How do I get this addressed?
