My suggestion is that you first find someone to join your team that does have understanding of such things. It is going to be very hard to help you if you don't have some understanding of web development. If issues involves understanding PHP, MySQL, and Javascript, then it would be foolish of us to even suggest such changes as even something as simple as leaving out a semicolon can break a php script. Talked about many times. I found I could duplicate this if during the install process, the box that ask for the URL usually is pre-filled with the site address. i.e. commercechampions.com now if you change that to www.commercechampions.com and finish the install you will see this on the index page. Just to check I always suggest members try to remove the "www." in the header.inc.php BUT if your not that good with managing files then you do need to bring another person on-board to help you as GeekGirl states..
