Boonex has not good support

I bought licnese dolphin 2 times and one skin for dolphin and after change 3 sherad hosting from http://www.boonex.com/hosting/ that in your site, and Forced to bought VPS only for my site but i have a few error there is nobody how can help me, i send a few mail to support they did not answer me.

what can i do now?

Hello,
I see that you use a BETA version.  Yes a beta has much bugs. They will got a solution in time.  
Boonex responding not always to beta questions. Please tell us what your problems are, and maby expertz here can give you a idea what to do.
