Boonex.com shopping cart

Can you guys arrange de shoping cart in the market boonex website. 1 time on 3 when transaction is over and I click on the proper button to transfer the information in my account, it does NOT grant me acces to the file and I have to ask the vendor.

I'm using firefox, last version on MAC

Bought another add-on with firefox on a pc, and it didn't grant me access to the file again.

Please do something about it or at least answer me something.

We have encountered this with lot of our clients as well where the payment was successful but the order was not processed.

In such cases, we try to manually process the order asap. It would be nice to get this sorted...

Some members have also reported to me that when posting a review, nothing happens when clicking on the stars to rate. Be nice if this was fixed also.

THIS is a huge issue and should be fixed as it adds days to the process.  You have to wait till they take care of it or you take care of it.........a day sometimes 2............

I agree with this, I just purchased 2 mods and had to have owners release it to me, this can be a pain for both the seller and buyer. Boonex PLEASE fix this soon!

The real horror is if the seller goes on a vacation.

We will add instructions on how to properly configure your paypal/swreg account, hope it will fix most of these problems.

So where will you be posting these instructions?

I hate having to manually process every order.

Please post instructions for PayPal setup AND SWREG setup (detailed please).

And please don't tell me its because my paypal IPN or PDT is turned on because it isn't.

Ok. It's quite obvious that boonex has made some changes to payment process over the last week. Surprisingly all payments now almost complete. Even has the transaction number filled in. But now all of them are returning with unable to verify transaction.

But at least the transaction ID is available every time now, so you're getting somewhere, but i still do not see any instructions on proper paypal settings posted anywhere.

If the vendors need to change something to properly deal with whatever recent changes boonex has obviously made, then we need those instructions.

Most vendors like myself are getting sick of having to manually complete every transaction, and the buyers are getting sick if having to wait for us to do it.

So whats the story here?

Until instructions are not posted yet, try to enable PayPal "Instant Payment Notification (IPN)" and enter the following "Notification URL":

http://www.boonex.com/unity/paymentprovider/paypal_submit

I have tried this and unfortunately it still does not work, very annoying...

I also enabled IPN with notification URL. Did not work for me either.

Agreed. Most are not processing automatically. 1 or of every 20 or so is about right. Most still have to be completed manually.

Enabling IPN really made no difference. The ratio is still the same.

My last two orders have processed automatically, perhaps it's working now... ? Anybody else seem to notice it working?

Can we get a status update guys? I would like to see if you are having sucessful transactions all the way through now.

Transactions seems to be processing fine for us now...
