Have you checked your account for any changes? It seems odd they'd just open-close the ticket like that.

There is no changes in account? I never got that invoice in email/paypal.

 

About open-close the ticket... I agreed with you, perplexed the first time on first ticket and now this is the second time on second ticket!

 

What's with asking me for email twice? Am I dealing with a short-term memory fish?

You might want to try sending an email or inviting someone else into the ticket. If something doesn't happen in another day or two, let me know.
