Thanks for the heads up Bluboy, however we are to trying to run a business therefore it only makes sense for people to have a legitimate way for contacting us.

We are just a bit frustrated with Boonex not having contact numbers were they can be reached or have a better system in place for responding to customer inquiries. I understand they hundreds if not thousands of inquiries on a daily basis, but a better system needs to be in place for handling customer inquires. I can also say that we also a bit frustrated in some of the postings offering services for a fee. Here we are wanting to employ one or a few individuals to process simple changes but no response to emails sent. I can tell you it's not for a lack of trying to offer employment.

We just feel if people are going to offer a service to help whether it being for free or a fee, they should make it a point to respond to legitimate inquiries in a timely fashion.

We don't want to sound like we are unhappy with the Boonex system or the creators, we think this is by far the best product out there and hats of to the people working to improve it on a daily basis. We have invested a significant amount of resources and hired a market team to promote the site once the bugs are fixed.

So again, if you are a Boonex admin or expert we want to get in contact with you, as we have steady work in modifying, upgrading and implementing changes to our site.

We can be reached at 204-298-0256

Thank you.

If you want to do business with BoonEx itself, your best chance would be their agent system. You can select an agent from your account on Unity. Even still, there's no guarantee you'll get any bites from them, but I haven't known them to refuse money.

6. Email/Delete

No way to delete emails in the trash.

Here's a freely-available fix to the issue above. I figure you shouldn't spend money for a fix that's freely available.
