BoonEx (This site) slow load times!

Hi,

I have come to this site many times to find that it either won't load or load verrrrrry slooooooooly. It might be time for a dedicated server.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks,

Scott Gerling

maybe its ur internet connection..... like my internet conection is slow and stuff..... cause my dolphin site loads, a bit slow some times..... i think you should like make the server cache the css and images... u can change that in admin>Advance Settings>Templates. I don't think its that u need a dedicated server.. I don't have a dedicated server and my pages loads okay. Considering the fact that i have a slow internet connection.

Hey Reggie,

Thanks for your post. I think you might be misunderstanding part of it. First, I have a fiber optic connection to the internet. That is as fast as it gets.

Secondly, I'm suggesting BoonEx (this site) get a (another) dedicated server to enhance their site speed. This is a good problem to have most of the time because it means this site is getting traffic.

For example, To reply to this post, It took about 30 seconds of that spinning wheel to allow me to post. Other times this site times out completely.

Thanks,

Scott Gerling

Look though some of the recent boonex blogs. Perhaps you are unaware of all the DDOS attacks boonex has undergone recently. Perhaps your unaware that boonex will be moving to different servers shortly because of that. And boonex is already on a dedicated. No way to can run this site on shared hosting.
