What is involved in push notification capability? Is this a function of BoonEx Mobile Apps?
As I look at the phone screen, I see our branded App with no message notification waiting... as I click on the App, I then see messages waiting, but on the phone screen app itself, it does not display a message icon... as does all the other apps on the phone screen.
Is this a function of the BoonEx App, and if not, then what is involved in accomplishing this capability for massage notifications? I need to determine whats involved and how to accomplish this!
