I was just about to post a blog when I seen this pop-up.

Unity Notes are designed for publishing your ideas, reviews, thoughts, news, etc. Notes are not meant to engage users to participate in discussion. We have Forums for discussions. When in doubt, just think of it is if there's no "comments" functionality. Oh, and Unity Rules still apply.

Note the Forum links to boonex.com/orca which states this profile doesn't exist.

Anyways, I will make another post for what I had intended to write. 

It's probably from when the forums were under the /orca/ directory (whenever that was the case).

I'll make a ticket to have it fixed.
