Boards like Outline!

Since the addition of outlines and the look it gives does it not beg for the opportunity to have a hybrid of "boards"?  The use of boards could be driven by the use of permission based viewing and membership levels.  Let's say I am an end user of the site a "member."  I would love the opportunity to make my boards and post whatever I want either site related or off site related a smattering of both possible and or just one doesn't matter only the ability to build a board.  I then would like to decide who can see it by PBV or membership level.  The pieces of the puzzle are all here but are not utilized.  All I know is this should be something someone should design as a module if not being the core of what Dolphin offers.  Boards with admin ability or member building potential once again would unlock the awesome power that boonex brings to the table.  By being able to organize Any and all parts off Dolphin that I want to put on a single board that I can decide who sees it!
