Blue info icons don't work on Iphone and Ipad

I remember in Dolphin 7.09, I was able to touch the blue icon and see the info description when using Ipad or Iphone.

With version 7.1 it doesn't work.  Is it possible to get this working again?

Remember, this issue is only for Ipad or Iphone, the icons work just fine on desktop version.

I hate to be a bother but when I get no answer at all I find it to be a bit rude:( 

I just want to know if you guys can make the icon click-able again on Iphone and Ipad, the way it used to work in 7.09?

In case you don't know what icon I'm talking about, I did include an image in my first post.

So I've contacted AlexT twice through private message regarding this issue and I haven't heard a response.  Not really sure why my question keeps getting ignored:(

All I need to know is:

1. Can the blue info icon issue be fixed, or will it be fixed? 

I figured if it worked before, why can it not work now?

If there is anyone out there that can suggest a fix or can fix it for a decent price, please let me know.
