Blogs category block

i want to add the blogs category block to 'Blogs Home'. 

It's available for 'Blogs View Post' but I need to add it to blogs homepage.

Any thoughts on an easy way to do this?

Blogs categories are different from other modules' categories, they aren't site wide, they are for particular blog only. As the result there is no category which can show posts from different users.
