Blocking Guest

Hello : can some one tell me how to block the guest they need to sign up so they can use the chat

i have many guest making they own chat room on my chat and they making the chat private 2 lol

i want guest to sign up and i dont want no buddy making new chat rooms only the admin

Have you thought about going to the Navigation Menu Builder and Opening the Menu Button for Chat and removing the checkmark form the Guest Field?  I'm thinking that will do it for you.

hey : i disable all the meni for the guest but i dont realy know how they making chat and the users

Try this.

Edit chat.php


Look for this at about line 32

$logged['member'] = member_auth( 0, false);




Change it to this.


$logged['member'] = member_auth( 0, true );


That should do it.
