Block header Option

Hello people, i don't know exactly what it's called but it's the menu or options on the top of block header. On the attached picture if you were to look close, there is the feature placed right on the middle of that block. It occurs when either you refresh on the home page or if ur anywhere on the site and click on home icon to be directed back to the home page. It returns back to it's original place on the block, but while the page uploads it stays there. Can some one help?

You should post this question in either the 7.0 or 7.1 forum.  If you are running a special template, you need to get help from the template developer.  Or if this is a custom template you created, then you need to look at what changes you made.  I looked at your screen shot and that does not appear to be the standard service menu.

it's a template but i tried it on uni template and had same results, it just started to happen. I have not done any major custom work, just moved blocks around a while back and this just started to happen on it's own.

Maybe if I use Firebug on your page I can see something.  Otherwise, this might require giving someone access to your site; both site admin as well as FTP access.

OK, I don't see that header when I visit.  That is a logged in header I suppose.  Still unsure of what problem you are asking about and I suspect that is what is limiting the answers.

the picture attached here, if u look close it's that freaking annoying top of the block "latest, feature" option it stays frozen as the page is refreshed or if u click to go to the home page, once it's finished uploading it will fall back into it's place. It just started to happen several days ago & on it's own.

Yes, this is a problem with your template.  Is this a template you purchased from the market, or one that you had someone to create for you?  If so, then you need to contact whoever created the template.  This is not something we can tell you "go here, do this" because we need access to the template files.

i hear you, and no i did not ask to be done custom, i purchased it on the market. It's sweet to, my members love it. Although it's weird cause i tried the same thing with the default uni and it occurred also...hmmm

I strongly believe it's just a rendering issue with the browser. It always goes to where it's suppose to be when the page fully loads so i just think you just have to much information crammed into one page.

Moving blocks around changes when certain things load so can have an affect on what happens.

Could be any number of things.
