Block Users possible Bug.

Have Beta 6 installed.  When a registered user tries to block another user, the other user is not actually blocked.  The supposed blocked user can still contact via email, chat, video chat and all other means.  It does not appear the Block function is workign at all

I have a few members that just reported this issue.

Blocked users are still able to comment on blogs, videos, and pictures..

What exactly does the blocked feature do? Just prevent from commenting on profiles?
