Birthdate

I want to leave the birth day and birth month and take out the year.  Where do I go to edit this?

Anyone??  I'm needing to have this site up next week for my client.

Just out of curiousity why do you want that?  I was on Barak Obama's site today and noticed that they use a birthdate without the year - but I didn't understand the point of that.  You can get rid of the entire birthdate by setting a fake default in field builder, but I'm not sure if there is a way to just display the day and month part.

I'm creating a dating site for a client, and she wants people to search only by birth day and birth month.  Her site is based on same birth date compatiblity.

Would there be a way to hide the year instead of deleting it from the program and still have the day and month?
