Bilingual or Trilingual site ..

My Problem is the following :

How do I make my dolphin site available in 2 or 3 languages. The member or the visitor should have the choice to visit the site in the language of his choice  ( French and English  or more ... )...

and also with the possibility to view contents ( in news or articles etc ) in the  preffered language depending on which language they were written or published by the admin staff or the site members ....

please help ... ( does anyone have any live working examples of this ???  ) .... ( I Need French and English for starters .....  a bilingual social networking site for Canada .. )

First, you must change dolphin functional (very many places), and allow to input content on alls installed languages.

So, if you have 5 languages at your site, any member will fill information (blogs, ads, events, etc) at 5 languages :)

sometimes will even troubled, not every know 5 languages.

You must prepare database tables to accept much more information (just because you have several languages).

So this is read, and huge work.

Let's start with 2 languages ( French & English ) later on ... I will add the spanish ...

how do I go about making my site bilingual for starters  ... ( a site for english and french speaking people ) .. how do I go about doing this and setting this up ... any directives ... please

PS. I also need to know how do I modified the quick search special block on the front page ( if a visitor needs to make a quick search on the site ... the age should not be considered in the search ... and the arguments of the field " looking for " needs to show members profile types ( such as : wheather they are looking for - for example : a player, or a team, or a coach, or an agent, or a sports doctor )

any help or directions will be greatly appreciated ( I am using dolphin 6.1.4 )
