I thoroughly recommend TMD they've been really helped with with issues I've had with Dolphin plus others their support ticketing is also very very quick.
I found A2hosting totally unhelpfull also their support system was slow to the point non existant infact TMD are doing a site transfer that A2 said was'nt possible!!!
