Banner upload and Position

Hello,

when i upload my own banner (LOGO) i think it is to much on top and on the left.

Where can i change the position e.g. more in the middle ?

or make a wider banner and move text to right

no so what i want...i want that my logo banner what is shown

on the top left site getting more on the right.

How can i do this?
