Banner Rotating Script

Does anyone know of a good banner rotating script/Module that also gives you impressions/CTR?  I have tried and tried to use the banner controls on the Admin panel, but I have two problems:

1. The V/H shift only worked vertically.  When I pull the browser window left or right, the banner stays absolute and doesn't move with the main body of the page.

2. It doesn't seem to allow me to put a different banner rotation on various pages.  For example, I want to have one set of banners rotating on the index, but another set of banners rotating on various other pages.

Any advice????
