Backend Files location: php or htmls files

Hi guys i am looking to add some customization work in the home page and inner pages, so iam completely looking for backend files path, like php, and html files,

 

My custom work is from home page, menu and whole home pages, so please guide me the path of the files,

 

Please note i am looking to change from Admin Panel:, 

 

I want to know their files php locations from where i can add my own code and customization css, Please

I just want to know the backend files location from where i can my own coding, html work.. Please guide me the path of the files where i can change menu, and their names and dropdowns and below menu i wan to some new features..
