 hello, I am trying to backup and restore my website to another install I have been trying to do this via admin panel
for some reason I all media is not showing (photos, sounds,videos etc) ............. please can someone tell me how to sort this out!

Try uploading the data files for each module separately. Not sure that this fixes a restoration on another install, but when I had to restore my database to a backup copy, for some reason it didn't want to recognize the data files until I restored them separately, once I did that all of the media files magically reappeared.
