BEING IGNORED BY BOONEX !!!

Hello.

I have sent 4 emails now over the past 4 days and i have received ZERO response from any Boonex staff.

I have emailed EVERY SINGLE email address available and even pleaded for a simple confirmation but NOTHING.

This is very unacceptable! I am completly and utterly being ignored this is some of the worst customer service i have experianced. We are over schedule on a deadline and expected it done by now. I have done everything to get all the requirements for the hosting now i cannot even get a single reply from any staff to progress my Installation.

Is anyone else having the same issue? Is there a telephone number i can call?

I need it installing now urgently this is RIDICULAS.

The number you can call is below in the logo.  It is Australian.  I just tried calling it from here in Oregon and it rang 4 times then no ring after that dead air.

I get a very cheap rate internationally so it is worth it for me to call at this point (2.4cents/minute to Australia).  So, I am trying for you and anyone else to see if I can get any answer or something.  I am wondering at this point if Boonex is on holiday or otherwise out of the office.  I called at 2:09pm local Australia time so I knew they shouldn't be closed for what it is worth.

I was referring to braduk2k's post.  I just wanted to know what the nature of the complaint was.

 Braduk2k's very first post on unity is to slam Boonex, yet we are left with no clue as to what the problem is.  That is not a good way to seek a resolution.

ccbill.php is not updating the user's membership after payment.  So essentially the user can pay, we get the money, but site isn't updated immediatly.  Take a look at my thread here for the complete run down. :)  I don't want to hijack this thread.
