Avatars keep changing by themselves

Seems to be random I am still trying to duplicate the problem ... but today I login to my admin pan and view my site, as I verified a couple members earlier via my smart phone. When I logged on today to see my site, the avatars of the new members had all changed to other avatars that have been previously uploaded to the site at some time.

I have also seen this happen when making test profiles for my site.

This only seems to happen when I use Firefox (11), and when I clear my browsing cache and history, the avatars go back to the original ones uploaded.....again it seems to be happening at random.

I had also done multiple searches on this site and seen similar problems but all for earlier versions of dolphin, I am using 7.09 my site is http://lovesoasis.com

Sounds like a browser issue.. I had the same thing happen on Google Chrome on facebook. Facebook Photos were being replaced with previously viewed images from other websites.

I completely removed all my browsing data. Google Chrome gives you the option to Select beginning of time to delete everything from the day you started using the browser. That fixed it for me.

Try logging in to facebook or other non dolphin site & look for images that aren't supposed to be there.

Okay - I have never seen this anywhere else...I will try with different computers and run virus scan

Are your uploaded avatars given the same file name (but different folder name)?  I wonder if some browsers have a 'quick load' algorithm that reloads cached images with the same name assuming they are the same image.   

I have the same problem it happens when a new member joins! for some reason some random members avatar will be changed to the same as someone else and it is not the new members avatar all the time it just kinda random as to witch profile it picks> I do not believe that it is the cache well when I clean all my search history etc even the servers cache in the admin panel it does not fix the problem but I have noticed the it has not happened in a couple of months but most of the people that have joined my site have not used avatars Probably spammers none the less they have not use avatars and no problem so I am guessing that it might have something to do with the avatar mod! or some other setting that might be in the server for photo prossesing !

also I have checked this with other browsers and the avatars come up the same with both of the browsers fire fox and EX so I do not think it is the browsers

It appears to me that the avatars are being givin the same name cause they show up in the avatar folder???

Same problem here,  deleted or other user avatar are showing up , Any clue? tryed to clean Firefox an Chrome cache but keeps coming up
