Avatar not working

Can't upload an Avatar. It is installed but the block just says 'Avatar' greyed out with no controls. This is a fresh install of 7.1 (not the patch)

Nevermind, I found it. The Avatar feature needs to be more pronounced. I finally found the bread crumb link. Other than that, there is no way toi figure out how to add your Avatar. You need to add a button to the action block.

/m/avatar  works as well.  thats how i got to it....
