Avatar, like common websites? Resizing?

Please have a look at the appendix!

I'm bulding a dating community and I want guests to be able to see limited profils with --> a big avatar (one profile picture) like it's common on every dating website on web!!

What can I do?

I looked it up in the whole forum but I couldn't find any good solution.

Dolphin currently has two size of avatar images, a 32x32 and a 64x64.  You can change the size of the avatar images.  If you change the 32x32, you will need to go and adjust the template or it will break up a bit.

What I wanted to do was switch out the tiny 32x32 avatar on the profile pages for the 64x64 (and you can increase this size in the admin area.

What I will need to do is to find which script controls this to fix it.
