You have to clear your caches, you can try first just clearing caches in the admin.  I saw this same problem and it was the caches.  You might want to go ahead and clear /cache and /cache_public (leaving the .htaccess files of course) and through the tools - cache in the admin.

I ran into this when I uploaded a GIF with the same name as a JPG that was also among the list.

I deleted the JPG and renamed the GIF with the JPG name- For instance- 63.jpg

Is this possibly the same scenario for you?

To clear them in cPanel, you will need to click on the file manager.  When the file manager loads, go the the cache folder; you will click the first item you wish to delete, hold down the control key (options on the Mac) then go to the last item and click.  Do not click on .htacess; you don't want to delete that file.  Then on the file manager menu, click on the delete button.  confirm the delete and wait for it to finish.  Do the same on the cache_public.  There is no dustbin, so be sure you do it correctly.  Of course if you do delete the .htacess file you can upload it again from the dolphin install folder on your hard drive.

Hello,

Only for to consult in another opportunity and for others users from Boonex, we verify that the images only accept numbers (no letters or symbols). We think so...but We can be wrong too.We fix this issue rename and put only numbers (no same numbers)
