Authorization through Russian social networks

Gentlemen, can anybody write a module which will help users to login to the site using the popular Russian social networks such as: vk.com, my.mail.ru, odnoklassniki.ru? There are services such as: Loginza, Ulogin and Ungena.

They have modules for different engines, but there is nothing for Dolphin.

Can anyone help?
