Audio Video can't Uploading

hi,
i search support/forum/google 5 days, never solved my problem, this way i contact you

i setup D7 and my host website http://indianclub.com it support dolphin hosting

i install successfully, but can,t upload mp3 & video file also cant Embed youtube video,
i talk to support, they say script problem,

I also running same server Clip-Share video website, and its working fine.

when i start upload video or mp3 file its start process to upload 100%, but after that Error Failed to upload/process

all folder and file its permission according to installation

also php.ini i set
php_value upload_max_filesize 300M
php_value post_max_size 300M
php_value max_input_time 3000
php_value max_execution_time 3000
php_value memory_limit 128M


please help me to solved this problem
