Hi all, i have looked through the forums and i cant seem to find a answer anywhere so i will ask here, is there a easy option/fix to make it possible so that members of a site have the option to attach a photo (which they have previously uploaded to the site) to an internal message that they send to another member of the site?
Thanks in advance people!! :)

Why not just insert the image in the body of the message? Geeks, making the world a better place |
I wanted it so the member can select a photo from the ones they have uploaded to the site and simply attach it to the internal message they send to another member. Thanks You Creature!! |

If you are just talking about images, then there is no need to attach. For someone to rewrite code there has to be an incentive; most don't have the time to do free work. I suggest you post this as a job. Now I can see attaching pdf files etc. to an internal message but a photo can just be inserted. Geeks, making the world a better place |
Thanks but I wasn't looking for someone to rewrite the code as such, I just wondered if there was a workaround or a simple bit of code I could just change to add the option for members to attach photos to a message, I see you can attach a image if you have the url of it but I wanted a member to be able to simply add a photo they have already uploaded to the site onto a message.
Thanks

If you have paid license you can download MoxieManager - https://www.boonex.com/downloads, it allows to upload and insert images into TinyMCE, which is used to compose internal messages in Dolphin. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
