Articles module missing post and my posts button

I just installed 7.1 and saw that the post button and my posts button are missing in the Articles module. Anyone know what to do To fix.  Thx

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are I noticed the same thing with the whole site missing things.. Good thing I use firefox..

But sorry I cannot help out.. was just checking..

only admin.. can post articles

If you want members to post Articles, you will have to use a third party product such as Ultimate Articles
