Articles - lenght of snippet property don't work

I change property "The length of article snippet for home and account pages" on articles admin page? and i don't see any changes on home page!

Did you clear your cache on Admin Control Panel Home Page? I tested the News Module. Changed 200 to 350, Saved. Cleared Cache and it worked as expected.

There is a bug in the news display that does that also - it has been reported.   Maybe this one is related.

I have cleared cash, in news it's work OK, but in article it's wrong
