I read a report today that half of people in the UK at work today have experienced bullying in the workplace!
Now I'm not sure whether this may be just a sign of these PC correct
times that the definition of bullying has been extended to 'he gave me
a funny look' but after working in a sweaty call center with high
targets and highly charged atmosphere I myself witnessed some quite
vicious bullying by the supervisors.
Do we think its a problem? Do you get bullied at work and if so
what do you do to deal with it, either protecting your staff or
yourself?
