 My question is, that is these apps are free for use with free licence? (without branding). If yes can someone give me the android app to test it in emulator. I can't download it from appstore because i don't have a android device.

If you don't pay for the $499 package then your users can download the free app from the app store but it is used to access ANY dolphin site and isn't going to have anything specific to your site.
If you pay for the $499 package then you get the source code and you can make it YOUR app and upload it to the app market yourself.
